Warranty covers loose stitching (rusak benang/jahitan) for lifetime, from general wear & tear from use, not caused by sharp objects or any irregular use. Bigmo will repair loose stitching, not replace or refund the product.
Any shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot be held liable for damage caused to personal property or irregular use whilst using Bigmo products.
This warranty does not cover leather scuffing or damage, marked fabrics, or any general wear & tear from use except loose stitching.
If you do experience any problems with a product after purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
You must notify us within 3 working days from delivery if you believe your product has a production defect.
