Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

Any access or the use of Bigmo and/or Bigmoessential.com signifies your consent to the following terms and conditions. Prior to taking any legal or action otherwise, please contact us at Bigmo to notify us of the nature of the query. Bigmo will not accept any returns delivered to us without written communication and agreement prior to return to us. Any products returned without prior consent will not be processed until an agreement has been met.

PAYMENT AND CHARGES

We accept Bank Transfer and Credit Card as payment. From time to time, despite our effort to maintain accurate and correct pricing on the website, there may be mistake(s). If there is a mistake, you will be notified via email before the product(s) are dispatched to you. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method. Shipping charges are not included in the price of the product. Shipping charges are determined by the size of your order in total cost and your location. We accept orders via e-mail, customer service (LINE@), and in store for all merchandises.

When an order is placed on Bigmo.id, you will receive an email confirming the order and the billing details of the order once payment is confirmed. All order paid by bank transfer, should be confirmed by you in our Confirm Order section. The orders are considered done will be when the funds have been received and the product(s) have been dispatched to you. In some cases when items of heavy weight or irregular size are ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. In these cases, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.

When ordering goods from Bigmo.id for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, Bigmo is not responsible for any charges that are from customs/duties of your respective locations. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Bigmo cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office. Only Indonesian orders are payable in Rupiah prices, all international are charged in USD rates.

TAXES AND IMPORT FEES

  • If your delivery address is in Indonesia, tax are already included in product prices.
  • International orders may be subject to import fees and tax on delivery.

The rules and regulations for import fees vary from country to country and state to state, so please contact your customs office for further details.

DELIVERY

Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your local courier office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.

We will provide a tracking number with the information of which logistic we use to ship your product no later than 48 hours after we have shipped your order.

If an order is returned to Bigmo because of a refused, unclaimed or unsuccessful delivery, all shipping costs and associated import fees and charges will be deducted from a refund.

WARRANTY

  • Warranty covers loose stitching (rusak benang/jahitan) for lifetime, from general wear & tear from use, not caused by sharp objects or any irregular use. Bigmo will repair loose stitching, not replace or refund the product.
  • Any shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We cannot be held liable for damage caused to personal property or irregular use whilst using Bigmo products.
  • This warranty does not cover leather scuffing or damage, marked fabrics, or any general wear & tear from use except loose stitching.
  • If you do experience any problems with a product after purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
  • You must notify us within 3 working days from delivery if you believe your product has a production defect.
  • This warranty is valid unless otherwise stated on the product page.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER.

  • We use Express Mail Service (EMS) for international shipment.
  • You have to know that your item is shipped from Bandung, Indonesia. It usually takes 7 – 10 working days for the couriers to deliver the products. If it takes longer than usual, please inform us for further help on tracking the products. Also, please note that the custom clearance lead time may be varied depend on each Country’s Policy.
  • All international orders are processed securely by Midtrans payment gateway with Credit Card payment. We don’t accept any other payment method.
  • We process all international order with our international retail price in USD. International customer cannot purchase with IDR.
  • After customers made the payment, any cancellation, change to order items, or other replacement and return, for the convenience of customers, shall not be accepted.
  • All international order are final. No exchange, no return. Before purchasing, make sure you check and choose the right the product, color, image description, etc.

COLOURS AND MATERIALS

While we have tried to accurately display the colours and tones of our products on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your screen and may not be accurate.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

You understand and agree that Bigmo shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Bigmo will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company.
All Indonesian orders shipped by JNE, you can request a different company if you need. Please note that international orders are only shipped via EMS or Registered Air Mail with a tracking number. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages for all orders.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

In the event that an order needs to be returned for any reason, you will need to inform us on the reason of return and we will return your order with a store credit. On the event a product needs to be exchanged, the customer will have a maximum of 3 (three) days from the arrival of the order to send it back to us. All products sent back to be exchanged needs to be in the condition it was sent. All shipping charges that may apply during the return / exchange of product to us will not be compensated by us. All international orders are final, no return or refund.

We never sell your information to any third party. When you visit our web site, we also collect:
